We reply within one to five working days. If your message is about a figure in a guide, quote the sentence and the page and we will check it against the source that week.
What we are glad to hear about
- A number that looks wrong. This is the most useful message you can send. Every figure we publish comes from a named source, so if one is off, either we misread the source or the source is wrong, and both are worth fixing.
- A pattern that did not work out. Tell us the yarn, the hook and where it went wrong, and we will add the answer to the guide so the next person does not hit it.
- A designer whose work we have linked to. If you would like a link changed, credited differently or removed, say so and we will do it.
- Working together. Pattern designers, yarn shops and testers are all welcome to get in touch.
What we cannot do
We cannot give support for another designer’s paid pattern, because we did not write it and we do not have it in front of us. Take those questions to the designer, who will want to know. We also cannot take commissions for finished pieces.
